A: RDL: 5×5@ 80 kg det är greppet på vänster som begränsar 🙂
B: Vi var 3 i lag, Svingar @ 20 kg delat up i 10x /varv , goblet squats @ 16 kg,, 10x /varv . burpees 5 varje varv och rodd 30 sek sprintar , glömde kolla antal kal
Svettigt var det 🙂
