A1. Ring pull up / ringrow @ 30×1 4-5reps 4set

*use weight in the ring pulls ups if you can or do a longer excentric phase
ex: 50×1 in the ring row

A2. Alt. back ward lunge w. barbell on back 6-8reps/leg 4set

B. In teams of 2
AMRAP 10min
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 and so on

– 2 x KB or dumbbell push press
– Squat w 2x KB in front rack or 1xKB/DB in goblet position
– Sit ups

* members takes turn in performing acending reps
* memebers must both perform excercise number 1 before moving on to next excercise
* if 3 in the team 2 persons work as one
